Everyone has talked about the paperless office. But the move has been slower than anyone imagined. Every year copy paper sales rise. However, in a recent AIIM survey, 39 percent of companies reported a drop in paper consumption.

We may be nearing the tipping point for companies to get document scanning for all those paper records.
